Prerequisites

Be recognised as competent, through a recognised training program or recognition process, against the core units of competency from either the Certificate III in Retail Supervision or the Certificate III in Retail Operations.

OR

Have sufficient relevant retail employment experience to equate to the above or indicate likely success at this level of qualification. A job role that involved the demonstrated application of the above competencies over an extended period, typically in the order of two years, would be a satisfactory indicator.

Extra Information

The learner's language, literacy and numeracy levels are expected to be equivalent to Level 3 of the National Reporting System.

Reading and writing - a learner will be able to read, interpret and write a range of texts within a variety of contexts.

Oral communication - a learner will be able to use and respond to spoken language within a variety of contexts.
