Certificate III in Retail Supervision has been designed to develop the skills and knowledge of those employees who wish to enter into a supervisory role. Those entering into a supervisory role would be responsible for coordinating/supervising other staff members.

Be recognised as competent, through a recognised training program or recognition process, against the following units of competency:

WRRCA1B Operate retail equipment

WRRM2B Perform routine housekeeping duties

WRRLP1B Apply safe working practices

WRRLP2B Minimise theft

WRRI1B Perform stock control procedures

WRRF1B Balance register/terminal

WRRS1B Sell products and services

OR

Have sufficient relevant retail employment experience to equate to the above or indicate likely success at this level of qualification. A job role that involved the demonstrated application of the above competencies over an extended period, typically in the order of two years, would be a satisfactory indicator.
